How do you identify the right influencers for my brand?

We use a platform that allows targeted keyword searches. Our searches generate a list of influencers who talk about the things that are relevant to your brand. Then, we scope out their social channels to make sure it’s a match.

How do you make an offer to an influencer?

Influencer platforms have a built-in offer page, which we invite influencers to view. If they like what they see, they click to accept. After a week or two, we’ll have a sense of whether your offer yields the interest you were hoping for. If your selected influencers are clicking, it’s all systems go. If not, we rethink the offer.

Can I tell an influencer what to post?

Yes. On the offer page, we define expectations clearly. Influencers only accept the offer if they are comfortable telling your story the way you need it to be told. That said, we like to encourage influencers to use their own style, creativity, and language to convey your message. Authentic messaging is much more compelling than canned content.

What if an influencer says something bad about my product or service?

They don’t, and they won’t. Influencers engage through vetted influencer platforms to maintain credibility and trust.
